Jewel

Jewel Kilcher aka Jewel is an American singer songwriter, guitarist, actress and poet. She has recieved three Grammy Award nominations and has sold 27 million albums, almost 20 million in the U.S alone.

Jewel debuted with the album Pieces of You which became one of the best selling debut albums of all time, going platinum 12 times. The single from the album 'Who Will Save Your Soul' peaked at #11 on the Billboards Hot 100 chart, with 'You Were Meant For Me' and 'Foolish Games' each reaching #2.

Throughout her career Jewel has released several albums frequently switching genres. Perfectly Clear, her first country albu, was released in 2008. It debuted at #1 on the U.S Top Billboard Country Albums Chart and features three singles 'Stronger Woman', 'I Do' and 'Til It Feels Like Cheating'.

Jewel released her first independent album Lullaby in May 2009.
