Miranda Lambert

Miranda Lambert is an American country music artist who shot to fame as a finalist on the 2003 season of Nashville Star, where she came third and later signed to Epic Records.

Miranda made her debut with the release of "Me and Charlie Talking' her first single from 2005 debut album 'Kerosene'. The album was certified platinum in the U.S also produced single 'Bring Me Down', 'New Strings' and 'Kerosene'. All four were top 40 singles on the Billboard Country Chart.

After the closure of Epic's Nashville division, Miranda was transferred to Columbia Records Nashville for her second album Crazy Ex Girlfriend which was released in 2007. Although the track didn't make the top 40 the next three singles 'Famous in a Small Town', 'Gunpowder and Lead' and 'More Like Her' rocketed to the top 20.
